Huge news! The Knick is going to negotiations with the landlord! This is our union's first time going to negotiations and is a massive stepping stone for our union. We want to give a huge shout out to all of the Knick tenants who helped make this possible!

Huge thanks to the Times Union for their article this morning! Thank you for bringing our fight to the forefront and helping expose Stratus PM for what they are 💪

Last Saturday, the Stratus Tenant Union officially launched for the first time in The Knick. This union has been a long time in the making, and we're incredibly happy to see everything come together for this launch! This is a massive step for the union, and we're super excited to grow! Thank you to everyone who came out, tenant or not, and thank you to Jaquell Chandler for doing the photography for the event and representative Arthur Lumpkin for coming to show support!
