Anything that connects online has risk. Know how to prevent online exploitation. Learn. Talk about it - often. Change is constant.

These things don't happen to "bad kids." They happen to good kids through the powerful manipulation, coercion, force, and fraud at the hands of criminals. Like this one. Maybe right down the road from you or in your town. Know that the predators are there and they are looking for access + vulnerability. Have you ever had a moment of vulnerability? Of course. Talk about it with your kids and youth. Remove and limit devices. Be vigilant. Pray.

Prasan Nepal, 21, also known by the online moniker “Trippy,” of High Point, North Carolina, pleaded guilty yesterday to conspiracy to commit sexual exploitation of a child.
