There will be various celebrations throughout the City of Huntsville and Madison area.

What is your business/church/ school doing to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month?

Our theme: Coming Together thru Culture and Understanding.

Every year Americans observe Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 thru October 15 by celebrating the contributions, cultures, accomplishments, and history that Hispanics and Latinos Americans have made throughout the world.

What activities are your kids doing to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month?

Suggestions for parents or Instructors for In School and Home School Students

1. Read the history of Hispanics and Latinos Cultures.

2. Arts/Crafts.

3. Plan a Fiesta for the family/class.

4. Host a Movie.

5. Go to your favorite restaurant.

6. Plant vegetables that's used in Hispanic dishes.

7. Pinata breaking.

8. Music and Dance
