Ways to be more Eco Friendly enjoy this waste eliminating tip ✅

This is NOT Trash has a main focus of creating a better earth. We envision an improved ecosystem 🌎 with an environment flourishing by less trash 🚮 and more reusing ♻️.

One of the hot topics last few years has been straws, but did you know dental flosser pics and dental floss are actually contributing to the plastics problem here on planet earth❓ Think about it the containers are plastic from dental floss along with plastic floss in them and dental pics are individual disposable flossers that come by the pack.

A study found that if everyone in the U.S. followed the American Dental Association 🪥 recommendation and flossed daily with traditional floss, we would produce enough plastic floss waste to cover the area of a football 🏈 field six stories high. Shocking!!

When looking for small things that can help eliminate the plastics problem, it can be a simple as switching your floss to a more eco friendly option. There are many available but one that we recommend is a glass or metal refillable dispensers. Using glass or metal floss dispensers can be reused over and over, making them a zero-waste product. Another wonderful option is metal dental case with tools.

Create a movement. Be the difference.

Trying to no longer contribute to the plastic water 💦 bottle problem that is polluting our earth 🌍 an earlier attempt was to smash the bottles... the issue is plastic doesn’t ever degrade so unless it’s recycled ♻️ and even if, it will stay on earth 🌍 forever. Plastic can be reduced and reduced to different plastics, but you can not ever decompose of it. It’s a true epidemic.

A recent purchase of a charcoal water system that can filter lake water 💧 into drinking is making a difference. How you may ask? This in the long run will save the environment and money. You can look at all the wonderful water filtering systems available, adapt this in your everyday life as a change for the world, and then use that as your plastic bottle water replacement. One can Purchase glass bottles to fill and take on the go or store.

If you are still purchasing cases of water, disposing of the bottles to gosh knows where to help in creating a plastic world. This is NOT Trash highly recommends reevaluating your water supply and means of water to preserve the earth 🌍 please and thank you!!

In the meantime at least wash and smash your plastic bottles, so hopefully they will be recycled and repurposed into something new, maybe a pair of shoes 👟

Looking for some recycling ♻️ tips? It’s essential that you clean 🫧 and dry your recyclables.

Ensure they are clean and dry before packing them in the recycling ♻️ bin. That will help avoid contamination and make
sure they can be properly recycled.

Furthermore, do not bag 🛍 your recyclables. Lids and caps can often be made from various types of plastics than the container they’re attached to. That’s why it is best to eliminate them and recycle them separately.

Help make recycling do's and don't a part of the communities knowledge. Support our movement to redistribute recycling goods and eliminate disposal of recyclables into the landfill.

When is the perfect time to recycle?

There is no specific "perfect" time to recycle, as it is a continuous process that can be done at any time. However, regularly scheduled recycling pickups by local waste management services are often set up in communities to make recycling easier for residents.

It is also a good idea to recycle as soon as you have collected a sufficient amount of recyclable materials rather than waiting until they accumulate over a long period.

This can help to ensure that the materials are properly sorted and processed for recycling.

Start recycling today!
