Aitkin Anglers Fishing Team Welcome to the home of the Aitkin Angler Fishing Team. We are affiliated with the Aitkin Quarterbacks Club and the Aitkin Public School.

Our Anglers are students in 5th-12th grade.

As we close out the night after our Annual Aitkin Anglers Fish Fry Banquet, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out tonight to support our anglers!

A special thank you to all of our amazing sponsors who support our team throughout the year. Your generosity helps provide opportunities and experiences for our young anglers that wouldn't be possible without you.

🚤 To our boat captains—THANK YOU! Your time, dedication, knowledge, and willingness to get our anglers out on the water are truly appreciated. From the early mornings and long tournament days to teaching, encouraging, and sharing your love of fishing with our kids, you are such an important part of the Aitkin Anglers team. We simply couldn't do this without you!

And to all of our parents and families—thank you for everything you do behind the scenes. From early mornings and long drives to practices, tournaments, and everything in between, your support means more than you know.

🏆 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Noah Moss and Colton Weimer who finished SECOND and advanced to the NATIONAL competition which takes place in summer 2027.

Day 1 of the Bassmasters High School State Championship is done and the Aitkin Anglers went to win!

There are 80 boats from across Minnesota competing in this two-day Championship.

The unofficial results for today show Lenny and Noah Hughes in 9th place and Noah Moss and Colton Weimer in 4th!

Great fishing today Anglers and GOOD LUCK tomorrow!
