Kiwanis members are ordinary people performing extraordinary work within our communities. Kiwanians, through guidance and example, work to revitalize and improve neighborhoods, develop and assist with programs for youth and participate in countless other projects to help children and communites. We raise funds to support our efforts to "help one child and one community at a time." Our Kiwanis Club
works jointy with the Key Clubs at Calabasas and Agoura High Schools, to help shape our leaders of tomorrow. Currently, we also collaborate with the Brandon's Village at Gates Canyon Park, in Calabasas. This park provides access for handicapped children to participate with wheel chairs, crutches, or other physical disabilities that may impair their mobility as well as their ability to join typical children in a positive community environment. The Kiwanis Club of Calabasas-Agoura sponsors "Buddy Dates" quarterly and provides crafts, activities, and refreshments. Kiwanis Club of Calabasas-Agoura also recently signed on as the Charter Sponsor for Cub Pack 333 in Calabasas to help them continue their mission to serve their community. We collaborate with Learning Adventures with Jonathan Dunker. Our Kiwanis Club annually participates in the Calabasas Pumpkin Festival in conjunction with the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce and the City of Calabasas. Our annual "Taste of Calabasas" highlights our hometown restaurants and helps to raise funds for our projects. As members of the Calabasas-Agoura Chambers, we continue to support the local merchants and businesses within our communities.
