The Absecon Community Affairs Committee is dedicated to promoting Absecon in a positive light through volunteer opportunities and community events.

You may have noticed this new addition to Absecon! It is located by the soccer fields on Pitney Rd. It is a great place to donate your clothes, shoes and linens. If you ever see it is full, come back on Tuesday, it gets emptied every Tuesday in the very early morning!

The Absecon Police Department would like to clarify any confusion when calling our non-emergency line for police, fire, or ambulance assistance.

For non-emergency services, please call 609-641-0667

📞 Press "1" to speak with a live operator who will assist you in getting the appropriate response.

As always, in an emergency, dial 9-1-1 immediately.

Join us tonight for National Night Out! This is a completely free event. Thank you to all the departments, businesses and organizations who made this possible! See you there !

❗️Attention Absecon and Atlantic County Businesses and Organizations❗

The Absecon Police Department will be hosting our annual National Night Out event on August 4th at 6PM!

We are currently looking for vendors to advertise their business/organization during the event. Vendors will be provided a dedicated space to advertise as they choose to local residents. This is at no cost.

Good morning. We appreciate your cooperation as this road work starts. We are so happy to get this public safety hazard finally on its way to being resolved. Thank you Mayor Tommy Marrone and Ward 2 Council DeRose, Light, Evans and Parker for working with the County to get this done!
