TITLE: In Home Care Provider IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Staff Development Coordinator SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for those tasks necessary to maintain the client in a safe and healthy environment, promote client health and emotional well-being, and provide those services specified by program guidelines. Duties to include varied personal care tasks, domestic tasks, and transportation.
