Serving Love, One Meal at a Time 🍽️✨

​The Behold Catholic Ministries, Inc. team aid some friends had the absolute blessing of serving at St. Joseph’s Diner for the lunch shift!

In every smile, every shared conversation, and every plate handed across the counter, we saw the beauty of Christ’s love in action.🙏

​When we open our hearts to serve our neighbors, we receive far more than we give. Thank you Kayla Stansbury for giving us a tour and sharing your servant heart.

Thank you to everyone at St. Joseph’s Diner for welcoming us and allowing us to be a small part of the incredible work you do every day.

Today we celebrate St Teresa of Avila — Virgin and Doctor of the Church.❤️

A woman of extraordinary prayer, courage and faith, St Teresa spent her life seeking to draw closer to Christ and helping others to do the same.

Her words continue to speak to us across the centuries:

“Let nothing disturb you,
let nothing frighten you,
all things pass;
God never changes.”

St Teresa reminds us that, amid all the uncertainties of life, God remains faithful. Our task is simply to keep turning our hearts towards Him — in prayer, in trust and in perseverance.
