All our programs and projects are aimed at empowering people. Through our programs, we hope to effectively ensure the sustainability of individual and community development initiatives, by motivating communities and mobilizin
g local resources, essential for ensuring peoples participation, contributions and ownership of the programs. All development initiatives are people centric. A series of capacity building programs for community members at various levels help create a positive mindset and a change in attitudes, besides enhancing the community’s capacity to plan, implement, monitor and manage their own projects. Over the past couple of years, we have initiated some innovative peoples programs and established unique community development models. We are already changing the lives of many people, irrespective of race, age, religion or politics, through the various development initiatives.
