Because we wanted to make that experience feel a little more comforting, we have made a few changes to our maternity spaces, creating a warmer, and more comfortable environment for the mothers and babies we care for đź’›

For many families, a diagnosis of kidney disease brings not only health challenges, but also long journeys seeking for the appropriate care, financial strain and uncertainty.

Today, we are grateful to take a step toward changing that story with the opening of our new Dialysis Unit, equipped with two dialysis machines. At the heart of this unit is a simple belief: that quality healthcare should be within reach for everyone, especially the most vulnerable among us.

Over 70% of Uganda’s disease burden is linked to unsafe water, poor sanitation, and hygiene.

In rural communities, families still walk long distances to collect contaminated surface water—putting children at daily risk of preventable illness.

Today, together with Navigators, we are providing household water purifiers and hygiene education, alongside the clean water wells we have drilled in Kiboga over the years.
