The vision of Hope Springs Haven is “life in abundance for every child”. Mission:
Hope Springs Haven exists to holistically equip orphans and other vulnerable children with special emphasis on girls, enabling them to reach their full potential, live sustainable lives and become change agents in their communities. We do this by working in partnership with other international and local organizations, community leaders, churches and other volunteers in promoting OVCs’ education, health, psycho-social support child protection and family strengthening. Our core program areas are:

Generally we are emphasizing on strategies of preventing children from running to the streets, encouraging them to stay in families not on the streets or institutional homes. Currently we are running a Catch up education program for children who have been out of school due to different challenges such as being orphans, parent or care taker, chronically ill, extreme poverty and family breakdown. We are also supporting out of school youth who desire to do training in various skills to enable them get some employment. In addition we conduct community trainings in positive parenting, child protection, HIV/AIDS awareness as well as providing psychosocial support to the children, care takers and the community.
