Teso anti-corruption coalition Teso Anti Corruption Coalition (TAC) TAC is a coalition of civil society organisations operating in the Teso Sub region.

The membership of TAC have mainstreamed anti corruption work because it affects all sectors of the economy. TAC mandate is to ensure that public officials, while carrying out their mandate exercise utmost transparency and accountability to the the citizens of this Country. As part of her mandate, TAC creates platforms for ordinary citizens to engage with their leaders on matters of service deliver

y and to review their performance as public servants
We believe in empowering the communities so as to enable them to hold their leaders accountable. This we do through the provision of information relating to government projects , providing platforms for communities to engage with their leaders among others. TAC has structures stretching to the sub county level consisting of volunteer community and budget monitors. These structures are empowered through regular refresher trainings on numerous aspects that are based on a needs assesments.
