🌸 Science is Blooming in Primary Four! 🌸

Today we explored flowers—learning their parts, their purpose, and why they are so important! 🌿

From petals to pollen, our learners discovered that every flower tells a story. 🌼✨

Hands-on, fun, and full of curiosity—this is learning in action!

As every Easter, we kicked off the day with our annual egg hunt! 🐣🥚
150 boiled eggs were hidden, and the children were determined to find every single one—so we could enjoy them together with our porridge for breakfast. Such a joyful and lively start to the day!

Today our Primary Three class didn’t just learn history… they tasted it! ✨

As part of our lesson on Passover, we stepped into the story together—baking bread without yeast just as the Israelites did in their hurried escape from Egypt, and tasting bitter herbs to remember the hardship they endured in slavery.

There were some funny faces at the herbs 😄 but also beautiful moments of understanding as the children connected deeply with the story.

Hands-on learning like this brings history to life in such a powerful way—and it’s moments like these that stay with them forever 💛

🌿✨ Happy Palm Sunday ✨🌿

Today we remember the moment Jesus entered Jerusalem, welcomed with palm branches and shouts of “Hosanna.” A day that points us to humility, peace, and the coming of our King.

Palm Sunday invites us to reflect on hearts that are open, lives that are surrendered, and a hope that is found in Christ alone.

May this day remind us to fix our eyes on Jesus—the One who came in humility and reigns in glory.

Hosanna in the highest 🌿

Today in Primary One science, we discovered something so special — every part of our body was given to us with a purpose! 🙌

Of course… that led to some experiments 😂
The children tried writing with their feet instead of their hands… and let’s just say, it didn’t quite work out!

Lots of laughter, lots of learning, and a beautiful reminder that we are wonderfully made, just as we are 💛

Hands-on science today! 🧪✨

We had so much fun bringing learning to life by creating our very own organs — hearts, lungs, stomachs, and livers! The children loved getting creative while exploring how our amazing bodies work. ❤️🫁

Fun fact: Your liver is one of the hardest-working organs in your body — it can perform over 500 different functions, including cleaning your blood and helping digest food! 💡

Learning + creativity = the best kind of day! 🎨📚

Every single day, our nursery classes explore the world of reading—and they absolutely love it! 📚✨

There is nothing quite like the moment a child reads their very first sentence. The excitement, the confidence, the joy… it’s simply priceless. Watching these little learners grow step by step reminds us why this journey matters so much.

Another beautiful sunny day here in Lusanja ☀️🌿
Counting, smelling flowers, and reading under the shade of a tree — simple moments that shape curious minds and joyful hearts. Days like these remind us that learning doesn’t only happen in classrooms, but in the beauty of God’s creation all around us. 🌸📖🌳

There’s something so special about watching little hearts come alive through music 🎶

Today, Teacher Arnold led our pre-primary class in a joyful music circle—full of laughter, movement, and praise. Moments like these remind us that learning is not just about books, but about shaping hearts, building confidence, and celebrating the gifts God has given each child.

We are so thankful for these simple, beautiful moments where faith and joy come together ❤️

Learning fractions the fun (and tasty) way! 🍽️

Today we used chapati to explore halves and quarters—making maths simple, practical, and exciting for the children. Sometimes the best lessons are the ones you can see, touch… and eat 😄

11/02/2026

We began exploring the world around us — counting carefully in mathematics, asking big questions in science, and opening the pages of history to understand the story of those who came before us. In languages, we practiced listening, speaking, and building confidence with every new word.

There were smiles, curiosity, and courage everywhere. No fear — just children ready to learn.

We believe education is about shaping both the mind and the character. A strong start leads to a strong year.

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” – Psalm 90:12

Orientation Day in Primary One 🤍

New uniforms. New faces. Excited smiles everywhere!

Today we didn’t focus on books — we focused on teamwork. We talked about listening, helping one another, and learning that we are stronger when we work in unity, just as God calls us to love and serve one another.

This is where it all begins — not just reading and writing, but growing together in faith, kindness, and friendship.

Welcome to Primary One 💛
