Today at our Rehabilitation Center, we proudly registered 18 children with developmental challenges for physiotherapy. Each child arrived with courage, and each parent arrived with hope- together creating a powerful community of care.
We extend heartfelt appreciation to all parents who brought their children, especially the fathers, for actively participating in their children’s rehabilitation journey. Your involvement strengthens progress, builds confidence, and inspires other families to take the same step.

From challenge to triumph!
In 2024, Ocen Benedict received surgery at Kumi Orthopaedic Hospital through Adina Foundation Uganda. Today, Benedict is healthy, farming, supporting his family, and living in his own hut. During our recent visit at his home in Abedmot Parish, Kwania District we shared the exciting news: Benedict has been selected for vocational training by the Ministry of Gender, Labour & Social Development. Our Outreach Clinic continues to make real progress for children with mobility challenges. A big part of this success comes from the Village Health Teams (VHTs) — government appointed community health workers who also serve in public health facilities.
This week, our physiotherapy team worked closely with them to boost their rehabilitation skills, ensuring children receive consistent, quality support both in the community and at government health centers.
Building capacity, restoring mobility, and strengthening systems — together.
