ees and dues, medical service, parents and guardians are many times were forced to forget their responsibilities and leaving their children orphaned because of poverty, we experienced the highest level of domestic violence in the families, we also witnessed scenario where apparent kill his child for losing his UGX =500 approximately=o.125US DOLLAR.
