Through our rural school garden projects, we are empowering young learners with hands-on skills, providing a safe community space, and teaching the principles of an eco-circular economy. Our next exciting milestone? Producing our own organic fertilizer to naturally boost our crops.
From Small Seeds to Big Impact
What began as a tiny vegetable demo plot has steadily expanded through hard work and dedication. Backed by our incredible sponsors, Care for Refugees we are proud to champion the growth of the Maanyi Community Development Centre.

🌱 Growing Green Minds! 🌱

We are excited to celebrate the launch of the Eco Club at Nakigoza C/U Primary School, implemented by Maanyi Community Development Centre with our partnering organization Care for Refugees

Through this initiative, pupils will learn practical skills in environmental conservation, school gardening, sustainable agriculture and climate action. The Eco Club will empower young learners to become responsible stewards of their environment while promoting food security and sustainability within their school and community.

Together, we are planting knowledge, responsibility and hope for a greener future.
