This is why I do what I do. So many children in Luwero are raised by single mothers, trying to survive day by day. When I hold them, when I see them smile, I remember: hope is not in how much you have. Hope is in not being forgotten.

If you’ve ever felt moved to give a child a chance at school, at food, at just being a child again — this is your moment. Even a little goes a long way here.
