STUDENTS URGED TO BALANCE PRAYERS WITH HARD WORK AND DETERMINATION
During a holy mercy and prayer service at Holy Dove Voc Secondary School in Kinyamasake Town Council, Rev. Fr. Fredrick Masekeka of Kyabikere Parish encouraged Senior Four candidates to complement their prayers with dedicated reading and purposeful living to excel in their upcoming exams.
Fr. Masekeka emphasized that success requires a combination of faith, hard work, and determination. He also cautioned students against detrimental habits, advising girls to avoid sexual misconduct and boys to shun alcoholism.
Madam Monica Tusime, the deputy headteacher, exhorted the candidates to maintain discipline and make the school proud with their exam performance.
Milike Baluku, representing the Holy Dove Alumni Association, reassured the students that exams are manageable and urged them to stay confident and strong. The association also generously provided success cards and pens to the candidates, symbolizing their support and belief in the students' potential.
As Senior Four candidates nationwide begin their Universal Secondary Exams today with a briefing, the community rallies behind them, offering support and encouragement for success.
