With every bite, a choice is made,
For compassion, kindness, and a peaceful shade.
Vegan living, a path I choose,
Free from harm, with love that flows.

In harmony with nature's design,
I nourish body, mind, and soul's shrine.
No suffering, no pain, no strife,
Just peace, love, and a gentle life.

With plant-based meals, I thrive and grow,
My heart and conscience, clear and aglow.
In this lifestyle, I find my peace,
A sense of calm, a world to cease.

From cruelty to kindness, I make my stand,
With veganism, a compassionate hand.
May my choices inspire and ignite,
A wave of peace, a world that's just right

🍽 What is Carnism? 🍽

Carnism is the invisible belief system that conditions us to eat certain animals — like pigs, cows, and chickens — while loving or protecting others, like dogs or cats.

It teaches us:

Eating animals is normal, natural, necessary.

Some animals are food, others are friends.

We don’t need to think about where our food comes from.

But behind every animal product is a life, a mind, and often, immense suffering.

🌿 What is Speciesism? 🌿

Speciesism is the idea that one species — usually humans — is more important than others, and that this justifies treating nonhuman animals as less worthy of care, respect, or moral consideration.

It’s the invisible bias that says:

Hurting a dog is wrong, but hurting a pig for food is acceptable.

Protecting wildlife matters, but factory-farmed chickens don’t count.

Human desires matter more than animal suffering.

But why should the ability to suffer or feel joy be ignored just because someone isn’t human?

Like racism or sexism, speciesism creates an “us vs. them” divide — but across species. It teaches us to disconnect from compassion and ignore injustice that’s right in front of us.

Let’s challenge this bias. Let’s recognize that all beings who can suffer deserve moral concern.

🐖🐕🐥🐄 Every life matters. Not just human lives.
