Uganda Community Based Association for Women and Children Welfare UCOBAC envisions empowered communities free of poverty and able to exercise human rights and fundamental freedoms.

UCOBAC advocates for positive welfare policies and programs to meet the priority needs of families and communities through its program areas which are;
- Orphans and other Vulnerable Children
- Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights and Gender Based Violence
- Women's Land and Property Rights
- Food Security, Livelihoods and Climate Change Resilience

All supported by Capacity building and Advocacy

Current districts of operation; Kampala, Mubende, Mityana, Kassanda, Bugiri, Hoima, Pader, Lamwo and Kyankwanzi
