.The Chief Executive Director of Kabaka Foundation today served as the Guest of Honour at the Centenary Bank Customer Service Week Dinner held at the Centenary Bank Rubaga Branch.

In his remarks, he commended Centenary Bank for its unwavering commitment to excellent customer service and for recognizing the loyalty and trust of its customers. He thanked Centenary Bank’s customers for their continued confidence and loyalty, encouraging them to keep banking with Centenary Bank.

He further encouraged customers to embrace the bank’s digital banking channels, including internet banking, mobile banking, and Visa card services, to enjoy secure, convenient, and efficient banking while avoiding long queues in banking halls.

The Chief Executive Director also called upon Centenary Bank to partner with Kabaka Foundation in extending life-changing services to communities, noting that collaboration between institutions is key to improving the well-being of the people.

The 2026 Miss Cultural Heritage Buganda Pageant concluded on 25th July 2026 at Bulange Gardens, Mengo.
The colourful event drew a large crowd as young women from different counties and clans competed for this year’s crown.
Kabaka Foundation was among the sponsors and awarded the top three winners one year of medical insurance under its Tubeere Balamu programme.
The Deputy Minister of Culture, Suzan Nakawuki, served as Guest of Honour at the closing ceremony.

Owek. Israel kazibwe Kitooke, the Minister for Communication in the Buganda Kingdom, today presided over the Tubeere Balamu Yinsuwa registration campaign held in Mukulu wa Kibuga, Mengo–Rubaga.

Speaking during the event, Owek. Israel kazibwe Kitooke commended the Kabaka Foundation for its continued efforts to improve access to quality healthcare through the Tubeere Balamu Yinsuwa health insurance scheme. He encouraged residents to register, emphasizing that the scheme enables families to access affordable, quality medical care while reducing the financial burden associated with healthcare expenses.

The Chief Executive Director of the Kabaka Foundation, Eddy Kaggwa Ndagala, reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to promoting preventive healthcare and ensuring that communities across Buganda have access to affordable health services. He noted that the ongoing registration exercise is part of a wider campaign to extend the benefits of the Tubeere Balamu Yinsuwa scheme to all communities.

Officials from Jubilee Life Insurance assured residents of the company’s commitment to providing reliable insurance services through its network of accredited healthcare facilities, where registered beneficiaries can access treatment.

Throughout the day, residents of Mukulu wa Kibuga, Mengo–Rubaga turned up to register for the Tubeere Balamu Yinsuwa scheme, demonstrating growing confidence in the initiative. The Kabaka Foundation reiterated its commitment to continuing the registration campaign across different counties in Buganda to ensure that more people benefit from affordable and quality healthcare
