What we Do
Heart of Dance supports vulnerable children and youth who cannot support themselves to attend school acquire knowledge just like other children in the communities. Such children include those in child labour, fishing sites and communities, those living on the streets and abandoned, disabled, and those who are affected by HIV and AIDS. This organization was started with the aim of promot

ing peace and supporting our community members, especially in the slums and ghettos of Kampala, Uganda. We strive to improve standards of living and self reliance for youth and adults through education, skills development and income generating activity training. Vision
To empower youth and adults with skills and knowledge for better, more sustainable living. Mission
To support and develop skills and talents in the slums and ghettos of Kampala Uganda and throughout Africa through sharing peace, knowledge and capacity building so as to build future teachers for sustainability. Children and youth are identified by local leaders who the organization partners and work with in the promotion and fight for children's Rights. The women are supported and empowered through sharing knowledge developing skills for self reliance. Education and sponsorship

"Compassion is another greatest gift offered to humanity " in one of the pictures is our very own disabled school children in class and during break time . So henceforth let's join hands together to help teach, love, give hope, give skills and not to discriminate people with disabilities, and letting know that "disability is not inability " they too are of great value to humanity.
