SESSION FEEDBACK FROM A PARTICIPANT
B. POLLY
Entrepreneurship Programme
Session: Start . Improve. Your Business

We learned how to recycle finances and remain disciplined through proper budgeting and planning in order to allocate funds appropriately. While making financial choices, a larger portion should be invested back into the business. Saving should be mandatory, as it helps during unexpected shocks and provides opportunities for future investment, while expenses must always be regulated.

This can be achieved through effective financial flow tracking, record keeping, and proper accounting practices. We also learned that having cash at hand does not necessarily mean a business is prospering without considering the actual profit or loss made.

Separating personal expenses from business finances is very important. Family and friendship matters should not be mixed with business because lending money to friends or relatives who later default can lead to business collapse.

Additionally, we learned the importance of managing resources wisely and maintaining good relationships with creditors, suppliers, and customers.
