New Year Message to the Brethren – 2026
By Wekesa Remmy
Beloved Brethren,
We thank God that we are now standing in the year 2026. This is not by our strength, wisdom, or ability, but by the mercy and grace of the Lord. “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not” (Lamentations 3:22). We are alive, preserved, and positioned for a new season in God.
As we walk through this year, let us be mindful that God has already gone ahead of us. 2026 is not empty; it is filled with divine purpose, new opportunities, and God’s promises. The Word reminds us, “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord” (Psalm 37:23). Trust that every step you take this year is under His direction.
This year calls us to deeper faith, stronger obedience, and greater love. Let us not carry the burdens of past seasons into this new one. “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing” (Isaiah 43:18–19). God is at work among us, even in ways we may not yet see.
Brethren, remain steadfast in prayer and committed to the Word of God. In a world full of uncertainty, the Lord is our sure foundation. “Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever” (Psalm 125:1). Let this be a year where our trust in God becomes visible through our lives.
I encourage you to walk in unity, humility, and forgiveness. Serve God faithfully in your homes, workplaces, and ministries. “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up” (Galatians 6:9).
May 2026 be a year of spiritual growth, divine protection, and open doors. May the Lord strengthen you, guide you, and establish the work of your hands. I pray that this year will produce testimonies that will glorify God and build the faith of many.
May the peace of God rule in your hearts throughout this year.
With love and prayers,
Wekesa Remmy
