Times of Intensive Prayer
- BP. Patrick Musoke | 1 Samuel 3

In intensive prayer, God exchanges our old for His more. May what touches God’s heart consume our lives.

Life isn’t just food, shelter, or marriage — it’s about serving God’s purpose. Church should be first place: not just attendance, but vision, position, and role. Your pulpit might be the marketplace.

Psalm 1: To prosper, be planted & positioned in the right place.

Prayer isn’t confined to church. Stand for your family, job, ministry, and city. In prayer, our value rises and minds are enlightened.

Isaiah 62:1 — God is calling the Church to stand for the city and the nation.

Your assignment: Pray. Be positioned. Live for greater things.

Mrs. Manuela Mulondo shared a powerfully convicting message on purpose based on Romans 8:28–29. She began by reminding us that the blueprint the world gives for success will ultimately leave us empty. Instead, we must discover our God-given purpose.

Questions on Purpose:

1. Why am I here?
2. What am I doing?
3. Who am I becoming?

We were created for God’s glory. Purpose begins with God’s glory — His weight, value, and beauty — and is expressed through our good works.

Steps to Discovering Your Purpose:

1. Know that you are foreknown
2. Predestination
3. Calling
4. Justification
5. Glorification

Mrs. Mulondo left us with this guidance: sit quietly with God in the secret place and ask Him, “God, what about me brings You glory? How can I walk in it?”

Surrender the Key to the Harvest
Ps. Okello Emmanuel
1 Kings 3:5–13

Many times, we ask God for the wrong things because our hearts are still attached to them. We focus so much on the “harvest” — blessings, success, opportunities — yet God is first looking at the condition of our hearts. James 4:3

Through Hannah’s story (1 Samuel 1:9–11), we learn that true surrender means giving back to God what He blesses us with. God trusted her with more because He saw a surrendered heart, not selfish ambition. 1 Samuel 2:21

The real question is not just “What do you want from God?” but “Why do you want it?” God searches the heart. Jeremiah 17:10

We often try to control the outcome of the harvest, yet the only thing we truly have control over is the state of our hearts. God desires a people who are fully surrendered to Him beyond their desires, plans, and expectations.

Galatians 2:20 reminds us that our lives are no longer our own. As we grow in the knowledge of Christ, selfish desires begin to fade, and our greatest desire becomes God Himself.

When you have God, you have everything.
Focus on your relationship with Christ, and trust Him with the harvest.

Positioning for the Harvest
- Joshua Asiimwe

John 4:35
The 5 Pillars of Alignment
1 Timothy 4:12 ~ Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, conduct, love, faith and in Purity.

The 5 Aspects that strengthen us
• In Speech
How do we speak as believers? Our mouths are channels; they either give life or take life.

Some people will be attracted to come to church because we speak to them well.

In Conduct
- Your life is a testimony of its own. You can preach with how you take yourself.Discipline & Respect, in time.
In Love, we, as believers, should identify with love.
Not just with words, but with actions.

• In Purity
This is a door that the devil uses to still our destiny, blessings, time, and our family through the route of compromise.
1 Corinthians.... Flee from sexual immorality. Our bodies are temples of the holy spirit.

Positioning for the Harvest

Positioning on the watch tower. (Habakkuk 2:1-ff)

We see Habakkuk having a healthy relationship with God, openly expressing his exaltation and complaint to God.

But he waited and was positioned well, at the watch tower.

A watch tower is an elevated place.

How to Wait:-
- Prayerfully.

The position you're in gives you an advantage. A watchtower gives you the advantage of focus.

We receive spiritual awareness & better control of the state of things while at your watch tower.

Watchtowers are for soldiers. Soldiers are alert. Are always armed. They work in teams.

2 Timothy 2:3-ff

- The journey is not going to come on a silver platter. Eph. 6:11

Habbakuk brings his confusion to the source; he doesn't hold back.

Those loopholes that you leave are where the enemy comes.

If you're not alert. Where you neglect is where the enemy alerts.

We don't wait and do nothing.

We wait actively.
- As we pray
- As we serve
- Patiently
- Dependently
- Expectation

> As you wait, continue to hope. Position yourself in prayer, worship and at your watch tower. Isaiah 40:31
Psalm 27:14 < Wait courageously.

Trust as you wait > Prov. 3:5-6

Use the Bible as your guiding book as you wait.
