The Pan-Africa Education Alliance also known as PEA is a Non-Profit Organization with a continental focus. Its headquarters are based in the Republic of Uganda found in the Eastern Region of Africa. PEA acts as a platform for interactions between stakeholders in the education sector in Africa such as;
* Students and their administrators,
* the Civil Society,
* Governments,
* Opinion Leaders,
*
the Business Community, and
* Key Development Partners. It organizes forums aimed at providing avenues for stakeholders in the education sector to share their views and concerns on matters relevant to:
* quality assurance in higher education,
* access to and affordability of education,
* employment and wealth creation,
* gender related issues,
* the environment, and
* governance, among others. Vision

The Pan-African Education Alliance remains firm and resolved to its commitment to partner with other stakeholders in the development of Education on the African continent - with the aim of producing; ingenious, responsible, accountable, peace-loving, democratic and self-sustaining citizens freely willing to contribute their quota in the social, economic, and political transformation of Africa. Aims and Objectives
We aim to;
1. Advance continental unity and African Regional Integration and cooperation using the education platform as a vehicle for transformation.
2. Foster efforts towards harmonizing a coherent educational policy and greater collaboration towards educational and academic freedoms on the continent.
3. Act as a platform for deepening interactions between educational stakeholders in Africa such as students and their administrators, civil society, governments, corporate companies, and relevant development partners for mutual outcomes.
4. Engage in, and support research in fields that are relevant to the educational advancement of Africa in terms of quality assurance, access and affordability of education, an enterprising curricula, science and technology.
5. Reduce the gap among complimentary entities in the education sector such as students and their administrators and government; by organizing forums that cause them to express and share views freely so as to peacefully co-exist.
6. Collaborate with organizations, corporate companies, governments and individuals willing to provide support to students in the areas of scholarships and study loans to enable those who cannot afford their tuition to achieve their academic pursuits. And at the same time, assist those out of school to be enterprising by providing practical skills and capital for them to set up self sustaining initiatives.
7. Work for the appreciation, preservation and promotion of; cultural values and traditions of the African peoples, human rights, tourism, the environment, gender equality, and good governance among others.
8. Promote the adoption of good governance principles among students and youth, their leaders, institutional administrators, governments and the society as a whole; such as tolerance, conflict resolution and management skills, transparency, accountability and democracy.
9. Arouse constructive opinion on matters of policy in the education sector in Africa, by advocating for the inclusion of all relevant stakeholders in the formulation and implementation of policy at institutional and government levels of educational development planning.
10. Emphasize complimentary roles of students associations to institutional managers, administrators and governments in efforts towards achieving quality and congenial learning environments.
11. Initiate and Promote inter – institutional interactions and linkages through exchange programs and partnerships whilst encouraging extra-curricular activities such as sports and student tourism;
12. Work for all other activities that may be necessary for furthering the aims and objectives of PEA.
