Menstrual Hygiene Day is celebrated throughout the world, and Trinidad and Tobago was no exception! ✨️ For 2024, LSA Healthcare Services organised an event that brought together different policymakers. They restated their commitment to ending . Speakers included representatives from the Ministry of Education, the Prime Minister's Gender Affairs Division, the National Parent Teacher Association (NPTA), the Human Resource Management Association of TT, the Association of Female Executives of TT (AFETT), and Miss Supranational Trinidad & Tobago. They discussed creating a 🩸🌍️ by changing hygiene culture, breaking period stigma, and empowering young women and girls.
