: Our most perpendicular Vice President Asiimwe Anthony and Treasurer lsiko Arthur, representing President Isaac Ssemakadde, SC, the entire Council, and the Bar, joined Center for Constitutional Governance in commemorating 30 years of the 1995 Uganda Constitution.

WELCOME: On the afternoon of Thursday, October 2, 2025, our most perpendicular Vice President Asiimwe Anthony warmly received a delegation from LDC led by Ms. Lydia Namuli, Manager of the LDC Legal Aid Clinic, and Mr. Hatanga Eric, our Representative on the LDC Legal Aid Committee.

The delegation visited for a brief discussion on how we could support the upcoming silver jubilee celebrations of the LDC Legal Aid Clinic.

Speaking on behalf of the ULS President, Isaac Ssemakadde, SC, and the entire Governing Council, Vice President Asiimwe pledged the Society’s support, affirming their shared commitment to advancing access to justice for all—especially the indigent, vulnerable, and marginalized members of society.
