Kuza is a “Bantu” word that means flourishing to highest potential which clearly explains what Kuza does with young people from all across Uganda. Our vision arises from the firm conviction that young people have all it takes to spearhead transformation in their lives, families, communities and nation and this potential needs harnessing. We therefore invest in potential young people to become tran
sformational no-excuse servant leaders who will champion transformation to their communities and the nation. Kuza runs an intensive program that is carefully woven to facilitate informed and renewed minds, transformed hearts and equipped hands of emerging leaders. Carefully selected students benefit from Christian discipleship, personal development, quality education, mentorship, entrepreneurship, leadership and soft skills development, and opportunities for service. Even after graduation, we are honored to stay part of their lives and cheer them on as they become seasoned servant leaders in every place they are placed. Through our alumni program, they continue to accompany and challenge each other in the flourishing of their faith and fulfillment of their unique purposes long after their Kuza days are over.
