Term One is done, School break is here.

Children are currently enjoying their first term school holiday break, and it has been such a joy hearing what excites them most about this special time away from school.

Some shared how happy they are to spend time with their parents, others are excited to attend church more often, while some are using the break to learn new skills and enjoy time at home.

As they spend this holiday at home, we kindly ask all our friends, partners, and sponsors to keep the children in prayer. ๐Ÿ™

Please pray for:
1. Godโ€™s protection over every child
2. Good health and safety during the holiday
3. Joy and peace in their homes
4. Continued growth in wisdom, character, and the fear of God

Today, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Great Hope Junior School in Wakiso District, together with the Director of the school.

This marks the beginning of implementing the Hope Pathway; our approach of starting with a child in school and walking a journey of transformation with their family.

Through this partnership, the school will identify vulnerable children who are at risk of dropping out due to school fees. FoHA will then come alongside to support these children, helping them stay in class and continue their education.

As we support the child, they become a bridge that connects us to their family, allowing us to begin a journey that brings new hope to the entire family.

This step means:
๐Ÿ‘‰Children stay in school
๐Ÿ‘‰Families are reached and supported
๐Ÿ‘‰Hope begins to grow beyond the classroom

We are grateful for this partnership and trust God for more doors to reach more families.

Today, we are excited to introduce the Hope Pathway, the journey through which our mission will come to life in the communities where we serve.

๐“๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฃ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ:

Through partnerships with local schools, we identify children who are at risk of dropping out of school due to poverty. That child then becomes the bridge that allows us to walk alongside their family and begin a journey of transformation.

Education then becomes the door that opens hope for the entire household.
