Empowerment of Nations Citizens Association is Nongovernmental humanitarian national organization established in 2014 ,duly registered with NGO board. ENCA is involved in programs geared towards the protection and improvement of lives of disadvantaged /vulnerable people living in Urban and Rural areas in Uganda.ENCA Uganda is focused on its thematic areas of Human Rights Protection,Education,Live
lihood and food Security,Health (HIV&AIDS,Malaria,Maternal and Reproductive Health,Cancer ,TB.),Water,Sanitation &Hygiene (WASH),Environment,Entrepreneur and Disaster Management ,Agriculture ,Good Governance and Strengthen Democracy,Economic Prosperity,Advanced Technology Systems,Advanced Media Ethical and protection of their Rights,Infrastructural Sustainability , Advocacy and Lobbying.ENCA empowers individuals,families,&communities in Uganda to challenge social evils and access services that improve their quality of life while leading to the sustainable development of their communities. ENCA envision a society where children,women and men are happy,healthy & economically productive. ENCA seeks to realise this vision by empowering individuals,families and communities to take responsibility for their own development enact positive, Lasting change. ENCA will be known globally as an organisation that affirms the dignity and potential of all persons in realising their full capacity as citizens.
