MEET THE JUDGE:
Dr. Annette Kirabira; is a Counselling Psychologist and ED of Rahab Uganda She has partnered with us on this journey of mental health awareness since the inception of the Keturah Mental Health Awards in 2022.

Recently, at the celebration of 20years of Rahab Uganda she shared; "The board has seasoned me.
I appreciate the team of volunteers.
People like Papa General Katumba Wamala; has played the role of father figure to the daughters of the King at the center.

In Luke 19:11- 19 the parable of the ten minas reveals that when you have been faithful with little God will make you incharge of 5 cities and more. Enter those days for l am with you. Stay steadfast because the battle is the LORD’S."

Through her leadership at Rahab Uganda they have supported over 1850 beneficiaries. Over 450 have gone through the center and over 150 businesses birthed where the girls and women rescued from human trafficking and sexual exploitation have found purpose.

We are honoured to have her volunteers her expertise and time to enrich the process of getting winners for the KMH AWARDS.

MEET OUR JUDGE: Nasejje Ouma Rosie is a Ugandan, who pioneered the establishment of child care centres in TASO.

(The AIDS Support Organisation) Uganda in 2004 at Entebbe Centre, which later gave birth to adolescent clubs and clinics.

After a successful proof of concept, the strategy was rolled out in all TASO Centres.
She has in-depth technical knowledge in HIV Programming, economic empowerment, DREAMS services layering, Mental Health Psychosocial support.

She holds a Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology, a Degree in Community Based Development and a Diploma in Development studies.

She is a certified National Trainer in HIV paediatric, adolescent care and Psychosocial support.
A technical member in different National Technical working groups such as Paediatric and Adolescent care (MoH), OVC and DREAMS (MoGLS).

She has given technical support as a manager to the USAID/LPHS-TASO DREAMS program in Mbarara district & western Uganda, aiming at reducing vulnerabilities and HIV incidences among Adolescent Girls Young Women
(AGYW).

Participated in grant writing for Global fund, CDC-Soroti and USAID LPHS Ankole-Acholi regions, Compiling periodic Quality work plans, budgets and reports to timely submission.

She volunteers as the Vice Chairperson for Maternal & Child Community Advisory Board (CAB) that oversees a number of collaborative research studies, conducted by Baylor Uganda and her Partners.

She is a NO MEANS NO WORLD WIDE Global advisory committee member that oversees the implementation of Sexual Gender Based prevention NMN services across the world.

We are honoured to have her on our team of judges volunteering their time and expertise for the judging process of the 5th Keturah Mental Health Awards.

MEET THE JUDGE: Likico Emily Opu is a seasoned midwife of 33 years of experience in maternal and child health.

She holds a Bachelor's of midwifery science, an Advanced diploma in management and leadership.
She has authored a book entitled 'Beneath the Nurse’s Cap'; where she shares powerful insights which unmask the Mental health statusquo of healthcare workers.

She is the Vice President of Uganda Midwives Association. The Association is one of our partners for the 5th Keturah Mental Health Awards.

MEET THE JUDGE: Faith Agumya is a Christian author, lawyer and su***de prevention advocate. She is recognized for her leadership in mental health, especially through lived experience.

She is an award Winner of the Leadership through Lived Experience Mental Health Award of the 3rd Keturah Mental Health Awards in 2024.

Faith is the Uganda Country Representative for the African Su***de Prevention Association. Her expertise is further enhanced by a Diploma in Mental Health Studies, a Certificate in Social Therapeutics, and her fellowship as a Global Arts in Medicine Fellow.

She authored "To Live or Not to Live," a book sharing personal stories on su***de prevention and recovery, and her research has been published in the BMJ.

Faith is dedicated to protecting vulnerable groups and building supportive systems, believing in the power of compassion, storytelling, and the arts for community transformation.

She is one of the faces behind the judging process of the 5th Keturah Mental Health Awards. MEET OUR JUDGE: Daniel Drileba Dratibi the Founder of Voice of Restoration International based in Arua.
He is an author, conference speaker, pastor and family man.
He is very passionate about mental health especially in the grassroot communities.

He is an award winner of the Grassroot Impact Mental Health Award of the 1st Keturah Mental Health Awards in 2022.

The 5th Keturah Mental Health Awards; will take place on October 10th at Sheraton Hotel Kampala.
