HAADI-Forum HAADI-Forum was conceived by Kunihira Marion then a student at Makerere university. Hence the birth of HAADI-Forum in 2010

Haadi-Forum exists as a not for profit Human Rights Non Gorvernment Organisation mandated to promote Crime Prevention through Legal Empowerment,Access to Justice and Reformatory Incarceration in Wakiso District. A study on Prison psychology forced her to go and carry out a field study in Luzira prison which is Uganda's maximum security Prison. While there she wondered whether incarceration was st

rictly punitive or rehabilitative as well. "I felt an irresistible urge to promote rehabilitative incarceration as compared to punitive incarceration."
