* ካብ ኦፒኤም ዝወጸ ሓድሽ ሓበሬታ እዩ ክንጥቀመሉን ነቶም ክጥቀሙሉ ዝተሸገሩን ኣሕዋትናን ኣሓትናን ክንሕግዘሉን ይግብኣና!

እዚ Appointmen look up system ዝበሃል ሓድሽ ኣፕሊኬሽን ኮይኑ ግሩፕ ናምበርና ብምእታው ኩነታት ክንፈልጠሉ ንኽእል።

1. መን እዩ ናብ ኦፒኤም ክመጽእ ዘለዎ!
እቶም ኣስማትኩም ኣብቲ ናይ ቆጸራ መመልከቲ ኣፕሊኬሽን ዘሎ ሊንክ ቆጸራ ክወሃበኩም እዩ፡ ኣብቲ ዝተዋህበኩም ዕለት ናብ ኦፒኤም ክትመጹ ትኽእሉ።
እቶም ንኢንተርቪው ንሎሚ ዓመትን ንዝመጽእ ዓመት ዝተቆጸርኩም'ውን ኣብዚ መመልከቲ ሊንክ ቸክ ክትገብርዎ ትኽእሉ ኢኹም።

2. ናብ ኦፒኤም ክመጹ ዘይብሎም!
* እቶም ኣቐዲምኩም ኢንተርቪው ዝገበርኩም፡ ጉዳይኩም ኣብ መስርሕ ዘሎ፡ ናብ ኦፒኤም ዘምጽእ የብልኩምን። ጉዳይኩም ውሳኔ ምስ ተዋህቦ ጥራይ ኢኹም ክትመጹ ዘለኩም።
* እቶም ኣስማትኩም ወይ ቁጽርኹም ኣብዚ ሊስት ዘይረኸብኩሞ'ውን ናብ ኦፒኤም ዘምጽእ የብልኩምን፡ ጉዳይኩም ኣብዚ ኣይተኻተተን ዘሎ፡ ክሳብ ካልእ ወግዓዊ ሓበሬታ ዝመጽእ ክትጽበዩ ኢኹም።
* እቶም ሪጀክት ተባሂልኩም ዝነበርኩም'ውን ክሳብ ካልእ ሓበሬታ ዝወሃበኩም ናብ ኦፒኤም ክትመጹ የብልኩምን።

3. ንጉዳይ ኣብ መመልከቲ ኣፕ ቸክ ምግባር

* እቶም ድሮ ኢንተርቪው ዝገበርኩም ኣብ ጉዳይኩም ሓድሽ ጉዳይ ከይህሉ ንምርግጋጽ ኣብዚ ሊንክ ቸክ ምግባር ከድልየኩም እዩ።
* ንጉዳይኩም ውሳኔ ተዋሂብዎ ከይከ'ውን ወይ ውን ወረቀትኩም ክትወስዱ ዝብል ሓበሬታ ክትረኽቡ ትኽእሉ።

4. ኣገዳሲ ሓበሬታ

* ኢንተርቪው ድሕሪ ምግባርኩም ካብቲ ኦፊስ ቀልጢፍኩም ብምውጻእ ነቶም ብድሕሬኹም ዘለዉ ቦታ ክትገድፉሎም ይግባእ።
* ጉዳይኩም ኣይተረኽበን( case not found) ዝብል እንተመጽይልኩም ወይ ኣብ ካምፓላ ኣይተመዝገብኩምን፡ ወይ ጌጋ ጉሩፕ ናምበር ኣእቲኹም ኣለኹም፡ ወይ ድማ ጉዳይኩም ኣብዚ መስርሕ ኣይተኻተተን ዘሎ። ንጉዳይኩም ዝምልከት ካልእ ተወሳኺ ሓበሬታ ክሳብ ዝወሃበኩም ኣብ ገዛኹም ክትጸንሑ ይግባእ።

5. ሓፈሻዊ መምርሒ

* ኣብ ካምፓላ ዝተመዝገቡ ሓተትቲ ዑቕባ ጥራይ ኣብዚ መስርሕ ተኻቲቶም ይርከቡ።
* ጉዳይካ ኣብዚ መስርሕ እንተዘየለ ናብ ኦፒኤም ኣይትምጻእ።
* ኣብዚ መመልከቲ ኣፕሊኬሽን ሓድሽ ነገር ከይህሉ ደጋጊምካ ቸክ ምግባር ከድሊ እዩ።

📢 Important Notice for Refugees in Uganda 🇺🇬

The Government of Uganda (Office of the Prime Minister – OPM) has released a Timetable for the Accelerated Refugee Status Determination (RSD) Exercise that will take place from 17th November to 19th December 2025.

This exercise is meant to confirm and update the refugee status of different nationalities living in Uganda.
Even those who already have a Refugee ID may still be required to attend, because:
✅ Some IDs were given temporarily or under group recognition.
✅ The government now needs to verify and finalize individual refugee status.
✅ It helps update personal records, confirm legal protection, and make people eligible for resettlement or other benefits.

🗓️ Main Schedule Summary:

Week 1 (17–21 Nov): Written RSD cases (no face-to-face interviews).

Week 2 (24–28 Nov): Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen, Syria, Iraq, India, Egypt, Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, DRC, Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, CAR.

Week 3 (1–5 Dec): Ethiopians registered 2017–2023.

Week 4 (8–10 Dec): Ethiopians registered 2024–2025.

Week 4 (11–12 Dec): Eritreans (2018–2022).

Week 5 (15–17 Dec): Eritreans (continued).

Week 5 (18–19 Dec): Burundians and Rwandans.

🪪 What You Should Do:
1️⃣ Check your refugee registration year on your UN or OPM ID.
2️⃣ Attend during your assigned week.
3️⃣ Carry all your documents (Refugee ID, family info, proof of origin, etc.).
4️⃣ Follow OPM or UNHCR announcements for your exact interview place and time.

📍Purpose of the RSD Exercise:
To speed up refugee case decisions, confirm official recognition, and update Uganda’s refugee database.
This helps both the government and refugees for future opportunities, including resettlement and documentation.
