On 19th November 2025, Hunger Relief Africa (HRA) proudly signed a three-year Project Strategic Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the (UNHIF).

The signing ceremony was held at Speke Resort Hotel Munyonyo during the (AIW) 2025 in Kampala, Uganda. This milestone marks a groundbreaking step toward strengthening nutrition and health systems across Africa.

The partnership is designed to transform the nutrition landscape by addressing the root causes of and , while promoting sustainable and inclusive development.

By integrating innovation, women-led MSMEs, and programming, and industrial value chains, we are building resilient systems that nourish communities and power economic growth.

Hunger Relief Africa is excited to advance a partnership opportunity with to plant 1.5 million fruit trees across 3 districts of Northern Uganda—Kole, Dokolo and Kwania in the first phase, extending to other districts in the next phase.

This initiative goes beyond tree planting — it is about strengthening food security, improving household nutrition, supporting climate resilience, and creating sustainable livelihoods for communities. Fruit trees mean
