After five years as a qualified grade three teacher, Zziwa Alex wanted to do something new. He retired from his successful business career and began to explore philonthropic opportunities. Shortly he travelled to various places located in the Eastern region of the African pearl visiting various homes and schools cutting out research on people's livelihood in these places. Through his research, he discovered really alot of talented people who locked opportunities . He wanted to give opportunities to people of rural Uganda; allowing them to change their communities for the better. As a talented larder, he believed he could make an impact by forming the NVAFRICA FOUNDATION to operate with other none governmental organizations and solve similar problems. The organisation started operating with localized knowledge to create sustainable changes in communities. Over the years, the Organisation built a team based in Uganda, involved a board of directors anow supports over one thousand people across Uganda .
