Our boy lwanga sillaje sickle cell warrior soon tomorrow 15 th makes 17 years of both pain and joy with our big beautiful family 💕 this birthday am again trying to look for someone, company, group of people or any organization which may help to get recommended bone marrow transplant which is so expensive for us and it is not performed here in Uganda, another option is to help him again get Apheresis procedure (red blood cells exchange) because according to last test before his Apheresis procedure in December they found that his dead cells was at 78 percent abnormal cells with only 22 percent of normal cells and they recommended Apheresis procedure every after 3 months to help until bone marrow transplant which we still can't afford so on his 17th birthday tomorrow if we help to share about her story we may find someone who can help him to get one of recommended treatment 🙏 thanks alot everyone who helped him for many years.

Just got back from hospital to see our girl retisha thankfully she responding well to medication and recovering but here at home things are not good, our rent collector campany threatened to lock our house if we didn't not full fill tenant agreement to pay another 4 months rent for this house and we was told to separate our elder boys and girls for privacy purposes and I was talked to our landlord to give us extra room for me and elder boys to sleep but these people today brought other people and take that room that we delayed so now we shall look for another room outside our gate or waiting until there is empty room again, please if you can help me to get 650 $ we shall be having 800$ to pay another 4 months rent to avoid eviction, it's now very hard to choose where our sponsorship money should help first between retisha medication which is also expensive or paying our rent first.

Congratulations to our Big family 😁 for over 4 years of trying looking for sponsors to sponsor our kids with monthly sponsorship of 50$ and 100$ to those with chronic illnesses this evening we're soo excited to announce that our 3 boys who was remained unsponsored just got sponsored by The Train crew in USA 🇺🇸 this is really a big milestone for our big family and this will really help us to have a proper budget for our big family since all kids will have his or her own funds monthly to help them get daily meals, paying their school fees, medication if illines is manageable and other basic needs and also this will help us to concentrate again on land purchase campaign for our big family to get our own land where we shall build permanent home of hope and residential school for these precious kids and future kids who will join us since we shall have enough space and land to grow enough foods,rare animals for both home and commercial use, now with this 150$ for 3 children we have balance of 650$ to pay our four months rent to avoid eviction, thanks alot each and everyone who sponsors desire kids for monthly and one time donations may God bless you abundantly 🙏

Our big family in the city with me facing eviction threat after our 4 months rent we paid in January is already overdue and our money collector campany are so tough they need money to be pay on the first day, you may wondering why we have to pay 4 months at once but it was our tenant agreement when we got this home in 2022 and many landlords here don't give their houses to people with over 4 children so it's really so hard to get another home with some space for children to play, as I mentioned last week inspectors also ordered me to separate the older boys and girls for privacy purposes so me and elder boys we need also to find extra room nearby to sleep but currently am focused to first save this main house which we pay total of 3000000 Uganda shillings for 4 months period this is about(800$) 200$ each month and also our girl mumbejja is still in hospital thankfully MRI scan helped to identify the abdominal issues which was causing endless hiccups, vomiting and diarrhea so they will give her right treatment to help her declining immunity with very low CD4 cells tount so please if you can help us with anything you can 🙏 we need to save our home and also our girl 🙏 Thanks alot our generous hearts who helped us to get big shoppings for food and other basic needs for both kids here and those in country side we really can't thank you enough 💝

What a great relief 😊our big family in the city and those in country side have got big shopping from our two generous mum's and also our girl mumbejja got all needed tests hopefully they will find a solution for her to get better 🙏🙏 we have decided to first save our girl and also to get enough foods because kids can't lives without food and other basic needs, now we shall concentrate on looking for 4 months rent for our house in the city because rent is already overdue yesterday and our money collector campany are so tough, but we're so grateful for this big miracle so far 🙏🥰

These precious kids will sleep empty stomachs because our food store became empty again and all sponsorships we receive goes to save our girl mumbejja retisha who still in hospital battling chronic illnesses and she also needs help but it's so hard to decide between food and saving life, we failed to get lunch today and we're trying to look for generous hearts who are in position to help us get some shopping and also to help our girl mumbejja retisha to get all needed tests and treatments.

Please help our girl she needs your help she battling noravirus infection, htyroli, fever and her viral load was high,her kidneys and liver declining and she needs MRI(they don't have it here so we should take her to imaging center to get it) and she also needs CD4 cells tount tests but we have spent all what we had since yesterday for tests and treatments and now we have new bills for today and it will be adding up each day she will stay here please help her if you can 🙏🙏
