A bright and resilient 7-year-old girl living with albinism.
Janelle is one of the children we have been supporting by sharing sunscreen, and her gratitude reminds us why this work matters. She is currently in Primary Two, doing well in school and thriving despite the challenges that come with living with albinism.
Children like Janelle face daily risks from the sun and vision-related challenges, yet with the right support, they can live healthy, confident, and empowered lives. Simple protective resources such as sunscreen, sun hats, sunglasses, regular eye check-ups, and access to education make a life-changing difference.
