As we step into a new month, we celebrate every child and person with albinism under the loving care and guidance of Busoga Accord for Children.
May this month bring smiles, laughter, good health, and countless blessings to every one of us. May our dreams grow bigger, our hearts stay full of joy, and our future shine brighter.

Today, June 13th 2026, we join the global community in celebrating the rights, dignity, and talents of persons with albinism, while raising awareness about their beauty and the challenges they face. At Busoga Accord for Children, we believe every person with albinism deserves to thrive in a world that sees their full humanity and celebrates their uniqueness. Persons with albinism are not defined by their condition; they are bright, resilient, creative, and full of potential. However, many still encounter stigma, discrimination, lack of access to education and proper healthcare.
They must navigate a world where the sun is their major adversary, facing heightened risks of skin damage and cancer from exposure while competing on equal terms with peers whose bodies are not affected by sunlight. This daily struggle demands constant vigilance, protective measures, and support that are too often unavailable.

How we celebrated our Christmas 21.12.2025
We Bless the Lord for he's provision
Each of us received sun protective materials whi h included sunscreen and wide brimmed hats,
We took raw food (rice) and a bar of soap
Christmas got better as we had the opportunity to share a meal as well,
We love and appreciate our dear friends for making this possible.
