Wise initiatives society empowerment (Wise-uganda) is registered organization it's governed according to it's constitution, articles and memorandum of association.it has membership of 70 and executive board composed of 7members chaired by executive chairman,it has Secretariat consist currently 4 employees and 10 volunteers headed by Executive Director.it was formed by aground of youth and professi

onals to address different problems affecting the vulnerable communities, currently we're operating in 4 district's in South western.uganda with different programmes : Vision statement-"acoherent and well informed community of youth, orphans and vulnerable people in Uganda while actively contributing to the community well being". Mission statement:"To empower the youth through capacity building and exploitation of talents to favourably compite in this challenging world"Motto:"youth and youthful". Core values.1.Social justice and equity.2.winning spirit.3.unity in deversity.4.self reliance.5.Gender and deversity.OBJECTIVES.1.Wise-Uganda has implemented and continues to implement a number of programmes and projects at different levels and with different but highly focused theme's include:1.Food Security and livelihood improvement.2.Environmental Protection.3. HIV/AIDS sensitization campaign.4.Formation of co-operative.5.advancement in value addition technology.6.Vocational skill training and empowerment.Projects So Far Done: funding atractor for the farmers towards food security and livelihood improvement in s.w.uganda(FTF), youth empowerment initiative programme (YEIP) Wise Women In Bussiness(wiB) currently we're implementing:"Biomass Energy Efficientfficient programme" (BEEP) and" Clean Energy efficient cooking"(CEEC)

Dear friends and well wishers
Greetings from Wise Uganda,since 2021,the Wise organization has been than name,lt has promise.apromise to the women in our community that there would be a place for them to learn,to grow,to create and to build a better future for them selves and their families.our resource center. Was their safe space,their workshop, their classroom,and their meeting place.it was filled with the sound of sewing machine,smell of fresh craft work and the voices of women.encouranging each other.and in one cruel night,it was all torn away.unkown people broke into the heart hope.they burned our building,but they have not burned our spirits.from these ashes,we will rise again, because the spirit of these women is stronger than any act of cruelty.
