In the quiet corners of our villages and the hidden places where pain once lived, God is writing a new story through Willgive Hearts Africa Foundation Uganda, a story of children rising from hardship, families finding dignity, and hope taking root where despair once stood.

Every day, we step into communities longing for healing, and we witness lives being restored, futures being rebuilt, and joy returning to hearts that had forgotten how to dream. Yet the harvest is great, and the workers are few. The call of God is reaching out to every compassionate soul: “And if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness…” — Isaiah 58:10. There are moments when we pause and ask ourselves: How did we reach this far? Who lifted us when our strength was small? Who opened doors we never even knew existed? And in the quiet of our hearts, the answer becomes clear, God has been our help, our guide, and our unfailing foundation.

When we look at Willgive Hearts Africa Foundation Uganda today, another question rises:
Is this not the same work that began with nothing but a dream and a prayer?
From the humble village of Gwembuzi, Luuka District to the growing impact we see now, every step tells a story of grace.

And then we reflect again:
Where would we be without the donors God sent from across the world?

When God says YES, everything hears His voice and obeys.
The winds shift. The ground responds. Favour rises.
Every barrier bows because the voice of the Lord carries authority that nothing can resist.

Today we stand in awe of His goodness.
We are more than blessed to have a home even though it is still under construction, the fingerprints of God are already on every brick, every beam, every corner.
He has already prepared our destination, and our steps are simply catching up with His divine plan.

Very soon, we shall jubilate.
Very soon, we shall celebrate the day we step into our dream home with songs of victory and testimonies of grace.
What God begins, He completes in splendour.

And this is only the beginning.

As we build, we are also preparing a Community Hub in Luuka District under Willgive Hearts Africa Foundation Uganda a place where children will be nurtured, families strengthened, youth empowered, and hope restored.
A place where the light of God will shine through service, love, and compassion.

This journey is a reminder that God’s YES is louder than any challenge.
His purpose stands.
His promise speaks.
His favour surrounds us.

Indeed, it is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.

Today our hearts rise with gratitude and victory.
After years of praying, waiting, and walking by faith, we are now using our new home building slowly by fatith, a place built on hope, sacrifice, and the unshakable goodness of God.

And in this same spirit of thanksgiving,
we thank God for the great sanitary building funded by our great partners from Florida USA.
Your generosity has not only strengthened our new beginning, it has crowned it with dignity, health, and safety for our children.

What you have built is more than a structure.
It is a testimony.
A declaration that love still has hands, compassion still has feet, and God still sends people who carry His heart.

Every brick speaks of partnership.
Every wall whispers of answered prayer.

There are moments in life when a man stands still, not because he wants to, but because his strength has reached its last thread.
Moments when the heart whispers questions that have no answers,Where do I go from here… how do I even begin… and when will this storm finally pass?

These past days have left me sitting in silence, staring at the walls, staring at the sky, staring at the children and still failing to find a place to rest my thoughts.
Everything around me feels like it is moving, yet I am standing in the same spot, holding the weight of decisions I never imagined I would face alone.

It is a strange kind of pain…
The kind that sits in your chest like a stone.
The kind that makes your eyes burn even before the tears come.
The kind that makes you breathe slowly because even breathing feels heavy.

After everything that has happened, I find myself asking questions that cut deep:
Where do we go now?
How do we move?
When will the door open?
And the hardest one, What if it doesn’t?

I look at the children and force a smile, but inside I am breaking in places no one sees.
I pack things with trembling hands, not because I am ready, but because time has pushed me to the edge.
I walk outside and the wind feels colder than usual, as if even the air knows what I am carrying.

This is one of those moments where a man cries without making a sound.
Where the heart bleeds quietly.
Where hope feels thin, and the future looks like a long road with no signpost.

And in this valley, with everything around us shaking, I lift a quiet cry.

Please pray for Willgive.
Pray for the children who do not understand the weight of this moment.
Pray for the home that is hanging between “stay” and “go.”
Pray for provision, for direction, for mercy, for a miracle that only God can send.
Pray that God will open a door where there seems to be none, because right now, even the next step feels hidden.
