Foundation for Youth Development Today 16/072012 Foundation For YOUTH Development(FYDe) was represented in Regional Consultative Workshop for Uganda Youth Network Peace Corps Volunteer.

FYDe was formed by community members of southwestern Uganda's Rubirizi District in response to the plight of youth (18-30), who are most affected by rural poverty but also best positioned to combat it. The organization has 4 full-time, unpaid staff, 2 part-time staff, and 1 U.S. Its office is in Kataara Village, near Kichwamba Trading Center, adjacent to the signpost for Katara Lodge.
