Death Notice – Rowan’s Down Syndrome Awareness Centre

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Isingoma Micheal, a beloved member of Rowan’s Down Syndrome Awareness Centre, who left us on 31st August 2025.

Micheal was under our care and support where he received Thyroxin tablets, used to manage thyroid hormone deficiency, and speech therapy to aid his communication development. Despite the progress he was making, Micheal sadly succumbed to a sickle cell attack, which claimed his young life.

At Rowan’s, Micheal will be remembered for his bright smile and the joy he brought to everyone around him. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones during this painful time.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
