Empowering Communities, Biulding Futures!
Today, 4th February 2026, YOLRED kicked off a 5-day Economic Empowerment Training for 18 motivated beneficiaries at St. Monica Tailoring School in Gulu.
The training was officially opened by Gulu City Commercial Officer, M. Komakech Nixon Atemo, who urged the participants to value this golden opportunity — one not easily accessible to many in their category, and to make the most of it.
Over the next five days, participants will gain practical skills, business knowledge, and mentorship to help them start and grow income-generating ventures, laying a strong foundation for self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
