THE WOW SUB-REGIONAL DEBATE TOURNAMENTS

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Subregional Debate Competitions 2026. These competitions are open to all secondary school students within the subregions of Acholi, Lango, and West Nile who are eager to:
• Develop critical thinking and analytical skills,
• Improve their public speaking and persuasive communication skills,
• Gain confidence, and
• Engage in meaningful discussions on relevant and thought-provoking topics.

The Competitions will adopt the World Schools Debating Format, and the topics will cover current affairs, social issues, technology, education, and global challenges, encouraging participants to think deeply and research thoroughly.

Whether you are an experienced debater or trying it for the first time, this is your opportunity to grow, compete, and make your voice heard.
