Here is the organisation registration certificate as SHEPOWER initiative ltd. We shall continue to operate as a community based organisation (CBO) until that optune time that funds allow to finish all registration requirements as an NGO. Registration with URSB has given us assurance that now we own the name and it cannot change unless deemed fit by the board of directors being directed by the strategic policy reviews. empowerment for sustainable development

We come to share the good news that after trying to register with URSB; the name community needs foundation was not readily availed to us. The board sat and agreed to change the organisation name to; SHEPOWER INITIATIVE LTD, which was reserved and later on registered and a certificate issued to us as on 17/April/2025.
Organisation rebranding is ongoing but this does not affect in any way any of our services. We are committed to serve. This is a big step forward in the organisation growth and sustainability.
