Carpathian Ecological Club "Ruthenia"

Carpathian Ecological Club "Ruthenia" Carpathian Ecological Club "Ruthenia" was founded in 1993 in Uzhhorod. Club is the Carpathian branch of the National Ecological Center of Ukraine from 2002.

Our Club carries out a social and scientific activity in the field of environment protection of the Carpathian Region, aimed to studies, proper management, conservation and restoration of its natural ecosystems biodiversity. "Ruthenia" is an organization of the regional level, covering the whole Transcarpathia with their activities. The members of our Club are participants of international NGO's c

onferences, workshops and meetings. And we are the active organizers of actions to save endangered plant’s and animal’s species and their habitats.
