🇩🇪🇺🇦 Ставши важливою віхою у зміцненні міжнародної співпраці, 18 квітня 2026 року делегація Федерального міністерства економічного співробітництва та розвитку Німеччини (BMZ) відвідала проєкт "Rebuilding Roots". Ця ініціатива у межах перехідної допомоги з метою розвитку (TDA) впроваджується Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund у тісній співпраці з ССУ Kiewer Samariter - Спілка Самаритян України Київське Об'єднання.

🏚 Робочий візит пройшов на базі одного з об’єктів, що отримують підтримку в межах проєкту, а саме, Київського пансіонату ветеранів праці.

ℹ️ Під час зустрічі сторони обговорили поточний стан реалізації, наявні потреби та стратегічні підходи до впровадження проєкту. Ключовими темами обговорення стали питання взаємодії з органами державної влади та розробка стійких стратегій виходу (exit strategies) для проєкту.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Marking a key milestone in international cooperation, on April 18, 2026 a delegation from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) visited the 'Rebuilding Roots' project, a transitional development assistance (TDA) initiative implemented by Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund in close partnership with the SSU Kiewer Samariter - Спілка Самаритян України Київське Об'єднання.

🏚 The visit took place at one of the project's supported facilities, the Kyiv Boarding House for Labor Veterans.

ℹ️ During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation status, current needs, and the strategic approaches being utilized. Key topics included cooperation with state authorities and the development of sustainable exit strategies for the project.

🤝 The 'Rebuilding Roots' project is funded by the Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ). ASB expresses its sincere gratitude to the Ministry for their unwavering support and commitment to the recovery of Ukrainian communities.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Сесії з психосоціальної підтримки є важливим інструментом для гуманітарних працівників. Вони допомагають зберігати психологічну стійкість, ділитися досвідом та знаходити ресурси для роботи в умовах постійних викликів. Такі зустрічі створюють простір для взаємної підтримки й розвитку професійних навичок.

📌 Цього разу наша команда виконувала практичні вправи «Світлофор» та «Одне почуття, яке я хочу пережити цього року», обговорювала адаптивність до умов, посилення відчуття власної компетентності та позитивних зв’язків, а також практику турботи про себе. Сесія стала нагадуванням, що турбота про власний психологічний стан є невід’ємною частиною ефективної гуманітарної роботи, а спільні вправи допомогли знайти нові способи підтримки себе й колег.

They help maintain psychological resilience, share experiences, and find resources for working in conditions of constant challenges. Such meetings create a space for mutual support and the development of professional skills.

📌 This time our team carried out practical exercises “Traffic Light” and “One feeling I want to experience this year,” discussed adaptability to circumstances, strengthening the sense of competence and positive connections, as well as self-care practices. The session was a reminder that caring for one’s own psychological well-being is an integral part of effective humanitarian work, and the shared exercises helped find new ways to support oneself and colleagues.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Всесвітній день здоров’я. Чому ця дата важлива?

Здоров’я — це право людини. Щороку ця дата нагадує світу, що доступ до медичної допомоги має бути гарантований кожному, незалежно від обставин.

💛💙 Для України це послання особливо актуальне. Мільйони людей в нашій країні щодня стикаються з небезпекою, перебоями електроенергії та обмеженим доступом до медицини. Гуманітарна підтримка — від медичного обладнання до психосоціальної допомоги — означає не лише життя, а й гідність та надію.

🤝 У 2025 році завдяки підтримці донора NACHBAR IN NOT було модернізовано медичне обладнання у 10 закладах охорони здоров'я України, що допомогло тисячам людей отримати якісне медичне обслуговування.

У місті Сміла Черкаської області, за фінансової підтримки донора Aktion Deutschland Hilft було створено реабілітаційний центр «Промінь надії» для 180 дітей.

Завдяки донору Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) Криворізька міська лікарня №16 отримала сучасні датчики до ультразвукової системи Samsung HS40.

Усі ці кроки стали важливими інвестиціями у здоров’я та майбутнє українських сімей.

❤️ Це не просто технічне оновлення. Це інвестиція у життя та майбутнє тисяч людей. Нове обладнання дозволяє лікарям рятувати пацієнтів навіть у найскладніших умовах. Кожна операційна лампа, кожен апарат для діагностики чи реанімації - це символ солідарності та доказ того, що міжнародна підтримка перетворюється на реальні зміни для українських сімей, підтверджуючи, що здоров’я має залишатися правом, а не привілеєм.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 World Health Day. Why is this date important?

Health is a human right. Every year, this date serves as a reminder to the world that access to healthcare must be guaranteed to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.

💛💙 This message is especially relevant in Ukraine. Millions of people in our country face daily dangers, power outages, and limited access to healthcare. Humanitarian support, from medical equipment to psychosocial assistance, means not only life, but also dignity and hope.

🤝 In 2025, with the support of the donor NACHBAR IN NOT, medical equipment was modernized in 10 healthcare facilities in Ukraine, helping thousands of people access quality medical services.

In the city of Smila, Cherkasy Oblast, a rehabilitation center “Ray of Hope” for 180 children was established with the financial support of the donor Aktion Deutschland Hilft.

With the support of the donor Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ), Kryvyi Rih City Hospital No. 16 received modern sensors for the Samsung HS40 ultrasound system.

All these steps have become important investments in the health and future of Ukrainian families.

❤️ This is not just a technical upgrade. It is an investment in the lives and future of thousands of people. The new equipment enables doctors to save patients even in the most challenging conditions. Every surgical light, every diagnostic or resuscitation device is a symbol of solidarity and proof that international support translates into real change for Ukrainian families, reaffirming that health must remain a right, not a privilege.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Завершено проєкт «Надання екстреної допомоги людям, які постраждали від конфлікту, у прифронтових районах Харківської та Донецької областей та ВПО, які проживають у центральних регіонах (Хмельницька область) України».

Настав час підвести фінальні підсумки.

📌 Тривалість проєкту: 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025 року.
📌 Географія: Охоплено понад 55 громад у Донецькій, Харківській та Хмельницькій областях.

Головні результати:

✅ 8 952 осіб отримали багатоцільову грошову допомогу (MPCA), що дозволило їм покрити основні базові потреби.
✅ 4 257 домогосподарств (понад 7 800 осіб) отримали кошти для зимівлі, щоб пережити холодний сезон.
✅ Роздано 23 000 продуктових наборів та 12 400 гігієнічних наборів.

Відгуки отримувачів допомоги показують, що підтримка була своєчасною та якісною:

❗️99,1% висловили вдячність і задоволення допомогою.
❗️96,9% підтвердили, що вона була безпечною, доступною та прозорою.
❗️Понад 99% зазначили, що продуктові та гігієнічні набори відповідали їхнім реальним потребам.

📞 Система зворотного зв’язку отримала понад 7 200 звернень. Було зафіксовано 335 позитивних відгуків і лише 23 негативних. Усі зауваження були враховані командою, що дозволило вдосконалити процеси й зробити допомогу ще більш ефективною.

Реалізація цього проєкту стала не лише підтримкою у критичний момент, а й символом солідарності та людяності. Допомога дозволила тисячам людей відчути захист і турботу, зберегти гідність та впевненість у майбутньому. Вона показала, що навіть у найскладніших умовах можливо забезпечити базові потреби, створити відчуття безпеки та зміцнити довіру до гуманітарних ініціатив.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 The project “Emergency assistance to severely conflict-affected people in frontline areas of Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts and IDPs residing in Central regions (Khmelnytskyi oblast) of Ukraine” has been completed.

It is time to summarize the final results.

📌 Project duration: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025.
📌 Geographic coverage: More than 55 hromadas were covered in Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Khmelnytskyi oblasts.

Key results:

✅ 8 952 people received multi-purpose cash assistance (MPCA), which enabled them to cover their basic needs.
✅ 4 257 households (over 7 800 people) received winterization support to help them get through the cold season.
✅ 23 000 food kits and 12 400 hygiene kits were distributed.

Feedback from assistance recipients shows that the support was timely and of high quality:

❗️99.1% expressed gratitude and satisfaction with the assistance.
❗️96.9% confirmed that it was safe, accessible, and transparent.
❗️Over 99% stated that the food and hygiene kits met their actual needs.

📞 The feedback mechanism received over 7 200 submissions. A total of 335 positive feedback entries and only 23 negative ones were recorded. All comments were taken into account by the team, which allowed them to improve processes and make the assistance even more effective.

The implementation of this project served not only as support at a critical moment, but also as a symbol of solidarity and humanity. This assistance allowed thousands of people to feel protected and cared for, to preserve their dignity and confidence in the future. It demonstrated that even in the most difficult conditions it is possible to meet basic needs, create a sense of safety, and strengthen trust in humanitarian initiatives.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Сучасне укриття в ліцеї «Гранд»: символ безпеки та інклюзивності

У Кривому Розі в ліцеї «Гранд» відремонтовано та відкрито сучасне укриття, яке забезпечило учнів та педагогів безпечними умовами для навчання офлайн навіть під час повітряних тривог.

ℹ️ Простір облаштовано відповідно до потреб закладу: встановлено нові стінові перегородки, відремонтовано приміщення та санвузли, модернізовано електропостачання й систему опалення, інстальовано пожежну сигналізацію та систему вентиляції. Окремою перевагою стало встановлення крісла-підйомника для маломобільних груп населення, що гарантує інклюзивний доступ.

❗️ Завдяки проведеному ремонту громада отримала не лише оновлені захисні споруди, але й модернізовану базову інфраструктуру за принципом «відбудувати краще, ніж було». Це підсилює стійкість, створює безпечні умови для навчання та зміцнює довіру до освітнього середовища навіть у найскладніших умовах.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Modern shelter at Grand Lyceum: a symbol of safety and inclusion

At the Grand Lyceum in Kryvyi Rih, a modern shelter has been renovated and opened, providing students and teachers with safe conditions for offline learning even during air raid alerts.

ℹ️ The space has been renovated to meet the needs of the institution: new wall partitions have been installed, the premises and bathrooms have been renovated, the power supply and heating systems have been modernized, along with the installation of a fire alarm and ventilation system. A particular advantage is the installation of a chair stairlift for people with limited mobility, which ensures inclusive access.

❗️ Thanks to the completed renovation, the hromada now has not only renewed protective facilities, but also modernized basic infrastructure in line with the “Build Back Better” principle. This strengthens resilience, creates safe conditions for learning, and reinforces trust in the educational environment even in the most challenging conditions.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Укриття в ДУЕТі: символ стійкості громади та доступу до офлайн навчання

У Державному університеті економіки і технологій (ДУЕТ), у Кривому Розі Дніпропетровської області, облаштовано укриття площею понад 600 м², що дасть змогу понад 3000 студентів та викладачів навчатися та викладати офлайн.

ℹ️ Тут облаштовано навчальний простір, адаптований для маломобільних груп населення (people with limited mobility), встановлено систему вентиляції, обладнано роздільні санвузли. Також укриття обладнане системою пожежної сигналізації та новими комунікаціями. Як результат студенти та школярі зможуть проводити заняття, складати НМТ, ЄДКІ та інші іспити навіть під час повітряних тривог.

❗️ Завдяки проведеному ремонту укриття громада отримала не лише безпечний простір для студентів та викладачів, але й відчутне підсилення стійкості та умов навчання. Відновлення інфраструктури за принципом «відбудувати краще, ніж було» забезпечує довіру до освітнього середовища, створює безпечні умови для навчання та зміцнює здатність громади протистояти викликам воєнного часу.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Shelter at SUET: a symbol of community resilience and access to offline learning

At the State University of Economics and Technology (SUET) in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro Oblast, a shelter covering more than 600 square meters has been set up, which will allow more than 3 000 students and teachers to study and teach offline.

ℹ️ A learning space has been renovated here, adapted for people with limited mobility, with a ventilation system installed and separate bathrooms equipped. The shelter is also fitted with a fire alarm system and new utilities. As a result, students and pupils will be able to attend classes and take the National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT), the Unified State Qualification Exam, and other exams even during air raid alerts.

❗️ Thanks to the completed renovation of the shelter, the hromada has gained not only a safe space for students and teachers, but also a significant improvement in resilience and learning conditions. The restoration of infrastructure in line with the “Build Back Better” principle ensures trust in the educational environment, creates safe conditions for learning, and strengthens the community’s ability to withstand the challenges of wartime.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Від знань до змін. Програма «Інклюзія Pro»: фінальні результати

ℹ️ Завершилася навчальна програма «Інклюзія Pro: Інноваційні практики психологічного супроводу дітей з особливими освітніми потребами», що тривала з 27 січня до 20 лютого 2026 року на базі та у співпраці з Київським обласним інститутом післядипломної освіти педагогічних кадрів.

Протягом чотирьох тижнів 260 фахівців з понад 80 громад Київщини пройшли навчання, орієнтоване на підвищення професійної компетентності, розвиток навичок міждисциплінарної взаємодії та формування стійких інклюзивних практик. Навчальний процес було проведено у форматі тренінгу для тренерів, тому учасники матимуть змогу ділитися отриманими знаннями з колегами. За результатами навчальної програми всі спеціалісти отримали свідоцтва про підвищення кваліфікації (45 годин / 1,5 кредиту ЄКТС).

Важливим результатом стало посилення готовності спеціалістів до роботи з дітьми, які мають особливі освітні потреби, а також з їхніми родинами. 99% учасників відзначили суттєве покращення професійних знань, практичних навичок та наголосили на високій цінності живого спілкування, обговорення викликів та аналізу кейсів. Це, у свою чергу, створило простір для обміну досвідом та формування професійної спільноти.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 From knowledge to real changes. Inclusion Pro program: final results

ℹ️ The educational program “Inclusion Pro: Innovative Practices of Psychological Support for Children with Special Educational Needs,” which ran from 27 January to 20 February 2026, has been completed. The program was implemented on the basis of and in cooperation with the Kyiv Regional In-service Teacher Training Institute.

Over the course of four weeks, 260 specialists from more than 80 hromadas of the Kyiv Oblast completed training aimed at enhancing professional competence, developing interdisciplinary cooperation skills, and establishing sustainable inclusive practices. The training was delivered in a training-of-trainers format, enabling participants to further share the knowledge gained with their colleagues. Upon completion of the program, all participants received certificates of professional development (45 hours / 1.5 ECTS credits).

An important outcome of the program was the strengthened readiness of specialists to work with children with special educational needs, as well as with their families. 99% of participants reported a significant improvement in their professional knowledge and practical skills, and emphasized the high value of in-person interaction, discussion of challenges and case analysis. This, in turn, created space for sharing experience and development of a professional community.
