🇺🇦🇩🇪 Історія успіху: «Зелений шлях сімейного фермерського господарства «Мотильок»

ℹ️ Ця історія успіху присвячена сімейному фермерському господарству «Мотильок» з міста Перещепине, засновниками якого є подружжя Олени та Миколи. Офіційно зареєструвавши свій бізнес 22 лютого 2022 року, всього за два дні до початку повномасштабного вторгнення, вони стикнулися з серйозною логістичною кризою. Проте замість закриття справи, родина обрала шлях соціальної відповідальності та кооперації, трансформувавши бізнес у справжній соціальний хаб.

❗️Навчально-грантова програма «Rebuild: відновлення заради майбутнього» відкрила для сім’ї доступ до сучасних знань, ресурсів та можливостей, що дозволило бізнесу впевнено перейти на якісно новий рівень розвитку.

🇺🇦🇩🇪 Success story: The green path of the “Motylok” family farm

ℹ️ This success story is dedicated to the “Motylok” family farm in the town of Pereshchepyne, founded by the married couple Olena and Mykola. After officially registering their business on February 22, 2022, just two days before the full-scale invasion began, they faced a serious logistics crisis. However, instead of closing the business, the family chose a path of social responsibility and cooperation, transforming the business into a true social hub.

❗️The “Rebuild: Recovery for the Future” training and grant program gave the family access to up-to-date knowledge, resources and opportunities, allowing the business to confidently move to a qualitatively new level of development.

👥 Ця історія присвячена Олексію та Карині – засновникам центру раннього розвитку дітей та футбольної академії «Golden Tigers» у Кривому Розі. Вона свідчить, що навіть під час війни та після особистих випробувань можна створювати бізнес із глибоким соціальним значенням.

❗️Навчально-грантова програма «Rebuild: відновлення заради майбутнього» стала для бізнесу справжнім поштовхом переходу на якісно новий рівень.

Проходження грантового бізнес-курсу допомогло структурувати знання. Олексій та Карина разом проходили навчання, готувалися до участі в програмі, захищали свій проект на пітчингу, а згодом пліч-о-пліч працювали над фінансовою звітністю. Отримані інструменти для роботи з діджиталізацією, онлайн-маркетингом та налаштуванням реклами дозволили залучити 30 дітей за перші ж два тижні після відкриття.

🇺🇦🇩🇪 Success story: Football dreams and social resilience in Kryvyi Rih

👥 This story is dedicated to Oleksii and Karina, the founders of the “Golden Tigers” early childhood development center and football academy in Kryvyi Rih. It shows that even during wartime and after facing personal challenges, it is possible to build a business with a strong social impact.

❗️The “Rebuild: Recovery for the Future” training and grant program gave the business a real boost, helping it move to a qualitatively new level.

Completing the grant business course helped them structure their knowledge. Oleksii and Karina went through the training together, prepared for participation in the program, presented their project at the pitch and later worked side by side on the financial reporting. The tools they gained for digitalization, online marketing and setting up advertising helped them attract 30 children within the first two weeks after opening.

👥 Герої нашої історії - подружжя Дмитро та Вікторія. Вони ВПО з Маріуполя, які покинули рідне місто напочатку повномасштабного вторгнення, у лютому 2022 року.

👥 The heroes of our story are a married couple, Dmytro and Viktoriia. They are IDPs from Mariupol who left their hometown at the beginning of the full-scale invasion in February 2022.

❗️The “Rebuild: Recovery for the Future” training and grant program became a catalyst for the family’s “Cleaning Lab” Cleaning Lab business to move to a new level. Dmytro and Viktoriia received support through both quality training and grant funding.

Посилення місцевої спроможності: у Полтаві підготували інструкторів з домедичної допомоги

🇺🇦🇩🇪 У Полтаві на базі Полтавської академії неперервної освіти відбувся тренінг підготовки інструкторів з домедичної допомоги (Training of Trainers). В період з 4 по 12 серпня 2026 року 10 фахівців Академії опановували не лише практичні навички домедичної допомоги, а й методики самостійного проведення навчань для інших працівників закладів освіти в області.

Strengthening Local Capacity: First Aid Instructors Trained in Poltava

🇺🇦🇩🇪 A first aid Training of Trainers (ToT) was held in Poltava at the Poltava Academy of Continuing Education. From August 4 to 12, 2026, 10 Academy professionals developed not only practical first aid skills, but also methods for independently delivering trainings to other staff of educational institutions across the region.

🤝 The event was organized by ASB Ukraine within the framework of the “Rebuilding Roots” project, with the support of Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) and Aktion Deutschland Hilft and aimed at developing local capacity and strengthening the resilience of communities in crisis situations.

Оновлено знання з домедичної допомоги

🇺🇦🇩🇪 Працівники ASB Ukraine пройшли тренінг від Мальтійської служби допомоги у місті Львів, спрямований на відновлення та закріплення базових навичок домедичної допомоги. Учасники розглядали реальні сценарії та відпрацьовували алгоритми дій у критичних ситуаціях.

Зокрема, було відпрацьовано:

➡️ Серцево‑легеневу реанімацію у випадку зупинки дихання;
➡️ Переведення у стабільне бокове положення для постраждалих, які дихають;
➡️ Алгоритм дій при судомах;
➡️ Алгоритм дій при інсульті;
➡️ Алгоритм дій при удавленні.

Тренінг дозволив не лише освіжити знання, а й закріпити їх на практиці, щоб кожен учасник був готовий діяти швидко та впевнено у разі надзвичайної ситуації.

❤️ Ми переконані: своєчасна допомога може врятувати життя, а подібні навчання є важливою частиною формування культури безпеки та відповідальності серед працівників ASB Ukraine.

Refreshing First Aid Knowledge

🇺🇦🇩🇪 ASB Ukraine staff completed a training conducted by the Malteser Relief Service in Lviv, aimed at refreshing and reinforcing basic first aid skills. Participants worked through real-life scenarios and practiced response protocols for critical situations.

❗️In particular, participants practiced:

➡️ CPR in case of cardiac arrest;
➡️ Recovery position for breathing casualties;
➡️ First aid protocol for seizures;
➡️ First aid protocol for stroke;
➡️ First aid protocol for choking.

The training not only allowed participants to refresh their knowledge, but also to reinforce it through practice, so that each participant would be ready to act quickly and confidently in an emergency.

❤️ We are convinced that timely assistance can save lives, and that such trainings are an important part of building a culture of safety and responsibility among ASB Ukraine staff.
