24-26 липня 2026 року представники Пан'європейської молоді України взяли участь у щорічному Федеральному конгресі Пан'європейської молоді Німеччини у м. Бамберг, Німеччина, на тему «(Пан)Європа на практиці».

У рамках заходу були висвітлено наступні теми:

🔹Наважитися на європейський суверенітет;
🔹Баварія — рушійна сила Європи;
🔹Інвестиції в Європу — багаторічна фінансова програма ЄС з точки зору Німеччини;
🔹Europa Liberalis — континент,
заснований на цінностях, об’єднаний свободою;
🔹«Молодь за Європу» — виклики та
перспективи.

Подія була організована під патронатом Йоахіма Геррмана, члена парламенту Баварії та міністра внутрішніх справ Баварії.

Висловлюємо щиру подяку Пан'європейській молоді та Пан'європейському Союзу Німеччини за організацію і запрошення.

Окремо дякуємо нашому партнеру Hanns Seidel Stiftung Ukraine за уможливлення участі української сторони у конгресі.

On 24–26 July 2026, representatives of Pan-European Youth of Ukraine took part in the annual Federal Congress of Pan-European Youth of Germany in Bamberg, Germany, on the theme ‘(Pan)Europe in Practice’.

The following topics were discussed during the event:

🔹Embracing European sovereignty;
🔹Bavaria – the driving force behind Europe;
🔹Investing in Europe – the EU’s long-term financial programme from a German perspective;
🔹Europa Liberalis – a continent
founded on values, united by freedom;
🔹‘Youth for Europe’ – challenges and
prospects.

The event was organised under the patronage of Joachim Herrmann, Member of the Bavarian Parliament and Bavarian Minister of the Interior.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Pan-European Youth and the Pan-European Union of Germany for organising the event and extending the invitation.

We would also like to thank our partner, the Hanns Seidel Foundation Ukraine, for making it possible for the Ukrainian delegation to take part in the congress.

⚡ Відбулась зустріч міжнародної пан'європейської молоді, паралельно до засідання Президії Пан'європейського Союзу.

Зустріч була влаштована у межах Міжнародного Пан'європейського колоквіуму, який проходив 26-27 червня у м. Париж, та очолювалась Жозефін Старон та Уліссом Гунеллем, президенткою і віце-президентом Пан'європейської молоді Франції.

Під час зібрання було обговорено рішення, які були представлені на розширеному засіданні Президії:

🔹 структурувати систему комунікацій Міжнародної Пан'європейської молоді: оновити та уніфікувати контакти дані комітетів;
🔹налагодити регулярну комунікацію між комітетами завдяки вебінарам;
🔹 розпочати спільну роботу над зібранням інформації для діджитал музею Пан'європейського руху;
🔹 співпрацювати у соціальних мережах для покращення комунікацій та охоплень.

Щиро дякуємо Пан'європейській молоді Франції за організацію та проведення зустрічі! Молодь Пан'європи України охоче доєднується до ініціатив та з нетерпінням чекає на плідну співпрацю в майбутньому 🤝🇪🇺

Meeting of the International Paneuropean Youth took place, held alongside the session of the Presidium of the Paneuropean Union.

The meeting was organized as part of the International Paneuropean Colloquium, which ran from June 26–27 in Paris, and was chaired by Joséphine Staron and Vice-President Ulysse Gounelle, President and Vice-President of the Paneuropean Youth of France.

During the gathering, four decisions were discussed and presented at the expanded session of the Presidium:

🔹 structure the communications system of the International Paneuropean Youth: update and unify the committees' contact information;
🔹 establish regular communication between committees through webinars;
🔹 begin joint work on gathering information for a digital museum of the Paneuropean movement;
🔹 collaborate on social media to improve communications and outreach.

Our sincere thanks to the Paneuropean Youth of France for organizing and hosting the meeting! The Paneuropean Youth of Ukraine eagerly joins these initiatives and looks forward to fruitful cooperation in the future 🤝🇪🇺

✨Великдень - це більше, ніж просто свято. Це про віру, традиції і внутрішнє відчуття єдності. У цей світлий день хочеться побажати тепла, миру, родинного затишку та сил для нових починань.

Чому ж ми святкуємо його в різні дні?
 Ще з часів Першого Нікейського собору Великдень визначають як першу неділю після повного місяця після весняного рівнодення. Різниця виникає через різнікалендарні системи: західні церкви користуються григоріанським календарем, а українська - новоюліанським, через що дати весняного рівнодення і повного місяця “зсуваються”, і Великдень припадає на різні тижні. Тому у 2026 році католики святкують 5 квітня, а православні та греко-католики - 12 квітня.

В Україні ж Великдень - це цілий ритуал: випікання паски, розпис писанок, збирання великоднього кошика і нічна служба. Це моменти, які об’єднують покоління і створюють відчуття, ніби ти частина чогось більшого. Саме в таких традиціях живе наша пам’ять, сила та єдність.

✨Easter is more than just a holiday. It is about faith, traditions and a sense of inner unity. On this joyful day, we wish you warmth, peace, the comfort of family and the strength to embark on new endeavours.

So why do we celebrate it on different dates?

Ever since the First Council of Nicaea, Easter has been defined as the first Sunday after the full moon following the spring equinox. The difference arises from different calendar systems: Western churches use the Gregorian calendar, whilst Ukrainian churches use the Julian calendar, causing the dates of the spring equinox and the full moon to ‘shift’, and as a result, Easter falls on different weeks.

Therefore, in 2026, Catholics will celebrate on 5 April, whilst Orthodox and Greek Catholics will celebrate on 12 April.

In Ukraine, however, Easter is a whole ritual: baking Easter bread, painting Easter eggs, preparing the Easter basket and the night service. These are moments that unite generations and create a sense that you are part of something greater. It is in such traditions that our memory, strength and unity live on.

🔶16 березня 2026 року відбулась міжнародна конференція «Єврорегіони як інструмент реалізації політики згуртованості ЄС в Україні», що була присвячена тематиці євроінтеграції та розгляду економічного, суспільного й безпекового вимірів єврорегіонів у цьому контексті.

У рамках заходу було висвітлено три ключові напрями:

Панель №1 розглянула роль єврорегіонів у реалізації політики згуртованості ЄС;

Панель №2 дослідила їхнє значення для євроінтеграційного курсу України та впровадження регіональної політики;

Панель №3 проаналізувала актуальні виклики та перспективи розвитку єврорегіонів нашої країни.

Висловлюємо щиру подяку всім учасникам, спікерам та гостям за змістовні дискусії, слушні думки та активне залучення – саме завдяки вам захід став справді вагомим і корисним для майбутнього України та Європи.

🔷 On 16 March 2026 an international conference “Euroregions as a tool for implementing EU cohesion policy” took place, focusing on the topic of European integration and examining the economic, social and security dimensions of Euroregions in this context.

The event covered three key areas:

Panel №1 discussed the role of Euroregions in the implementation of EU cohesion policy;

Panel №2 explored their significance for Ukraine’s European integration course and the implementation of regional policy;

Panel №3 analysed the current challenges and prospects for the development of our country’s Euroregions.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all participants, speakers and guests for the meaningful discussions, insightful comments and active participation – it is thanks to you the event proved truly important and beneficial for the future of Ukraine and Europe.

👥 12 лютого відбулася онлайн-зустріч «Діалог з молодіжної політики між молодіжними організаціями України та Німеччини» за участі Пан’європейської молоді Київщини, Пан’європейської молоді Німеччини та регіонального відділення Зе!Молодіжки (Івано-Франківськ).

У неформальній атмосфері провели змістовну дискусію: ознайомилися з діяльністю організацій, поділилися досвідом роботи на різних рівнях, обговорили виклики, з якими стикаються молодіжні організації, та можливі шляхи їх подолання.

🤝 За результатами зустрічі домовилися про подальшу кооперацію та розвиток спільних ініціатив у майбутньому.

👥 On February 12, an online meeting “Dialogue on Youth Policy between Youth Organizations of Ukraine and Germany” took place, with the participation of Paneuropean Youth of Kyiv Region, Paneuropean Youth of Germany, and the regional branch Ze!Molodizhky (Ivano-Frankivsk).

In an informal atmosphere, participants held a meaningful discussion: they presented the activities of their organizations, shared experiences of working at different levels, discussed the challenges faced by youth organizations, and explored possible ways to overcome them.

🤝 As a result of the meeting, the participants agreed on further cooperation and the development of joint initiatives in the future.
